Modern Paperscapes was born out of a love of design and creation. Founder Erin Landry grew up in the DFW area, and was accustomed to her parents’ DIY home projects, including basic renovation like paneling, painting, and yes - wallpapering. In school, Erin took fashion and design courses initially hoping to pursue a career in design. 

This love came full circle when, after moving into her first home and catching the design bug all over again, she opted to fly to Vermont to take a prestigious week-long course in wallpapering. And the rest is history.
